Mercer, a leading consultant in HR and finance services, has announced the successful acquisition of The Talent Enterprise (TTE), a process initiated at the end of 2023. In addition to this, David Jones has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer and Partner for Mercer Talent Enterprise.

With the acquisition of TTE, a leading provider of psychometric and talent assessment solutions, the global consultant aims to bolster its presence in the Middle East region. By offering tools for talent assessment and capability development, incorporating expertise from organisational psychologists, human capital specialists, data scientists, and technology experts, the consultant aims to assist organisations in making crucial decisions about their workforce. This will further aid organisations in navigating workforce transformations and developing solutions to attract, retain, and nurture top talent to meet evolving demands.

While the specific terms of the acquisition remain undisclosed, Tarek Lotfy, President of Mercer India, Middle East, and Africa, expressed excitement about welcoming TTE to Mercer.
