FinTech startup Shield appoints Tal Raziel-Yosef as Chief People Officer

Tal will be responsible for empowering the company’s HR team and fostering a people-first culture, ensuring the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent.

Israel-based AI-driven finance platform, Shield has announced the appointment of Tal Raziel-Yosef as Chief People Officer, effective January 2025.

In her new role, Tal brings over 25 years of HR leadership experience across the technology and finance sectors. At Shield, she will be responsible for empowering the company’s HR team and fostering a people-first culture, ensuring the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent worldwide.  

Tal shared the news on LinkedIn, “I’m excited to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief People Officer at Shield! The people and culture were the main reasons for my decision to join Shield. Over the years, I’ve learned that when you walk alongside the right people, the sky is the limit. Thank you, Shiran Weitzman, Eran Noam, and Ofir Shabtai, for welcoming me on your journey—I can’t wait!”  

Before her appointment, Tal served as Chief People Officer at Dynamic Yield by Mastercard, overseeing all aspects of HR, talent management, culture, organisational development, employee experience, and the company’s global growth and rapid development. Previously, she spent more than 13 years at IBM in key roles, including IBM Systems HR Manager and HR Partner at the Israel Software Lab. She began her HR career with Sapiens in 1999.

The FinTech startup has also appointed Adi Yaari-Fubini as Chief Customer Officer to drive customer experiences and enhance client partnerships as the company continues its rapid global growth.
