ROSHN Group, a leading real estate company in Saudi Arabia, has appointed Yaser Bakhsh as Director of Talent Management, effective immediately.
Bakhsh shared the news on LinkedIn, writing, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Director, Talent Management at ROSHN!”
In his new role, Bakhsh brings nearly two decades of experience in talent development, acquisition, and management across leading sectors in Saudi Arabia. He joined the group in 2021 and most recently served as Director of Community Management Capabilities. He has been designing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of community management teams and implementing continuous learning initiatives to support ongoing professional development.
Sharing a brief about his new responsibilities, Bakhsh added, “In my role as Director of Talent Management, I work closely with leadership teams to strengthen the organization’s talent ecosystem and support long-term performance and growth. My focus spans succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and capability building, ensuring that talent practices are practical, aligned with business needs, and responsive to future challenges.
“I’m deeply involved in shaping initiatives that enhance employee potential, promote a culture of development, and enable the organization to build strong, future-ready leaders while maintaining a high-performance environment grounded in clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement.”

Prior to joining the group, Bakhsh held key roles at Bupa Arabia, Al Ahli Asnad, The National Commercial Bank, AlJamal Group, Jeddah Chamber, Arabian Food Supplies, and Panda Retail Company.
The group recently elevated Ghada Othman Alrumayan to the Chief Shared Services Officer role.
