S&M Attar Company appoints Farah Kamal as Head of Human Capital

Farah Kamal brings a wealth of experience in talent development, HR, and organizational transformation, having previously worked with Petromin Corporation, SAJA Pharmaceuticals, Tamer Company, and more.
Saddik & Mohamed Attar, a leading luxury retail goods company in Saudi Arabia, has appointed Farah Kamal as Head of Human Capital, effective immediately.
Kamal shared the news on LinkedIn, posting, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of Human Capital at Saddik & Mohamed Attar Co.!”
In her new role, Kamal brings over a decade of HR experience across recruitment, training and development, and organizational and people transformation in key sectors of Saudi Arabia. She most recently served in a confidential government entity as the Head of Human Capital for over a year.
Prior to that, she worked with Petromin Corporation as Head of HR for National Motor Company, working closely with the executive leadership team and leading HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and foster a high-performance culture.
Kamal also worked with Nahdi Medical Company as Senior Manager of People Development, SAJA Pharmaceuticals, Tamer Company as HR & Admin Officer, and Alimna Bank as Manager.

On the academic front, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and HR from King Abdulaziz University, and an associate degree in Computer Science from Taibah University. She also completed a certificate in HR from SHRM.
