S/O Ras Al Khaimah appoints Tigin Canci as Director of People and Culture
Canci brings over two decades of HR leadership experience across the hospitality, finance, and healthcare sectors.
SO/ Ras Al Khaimah, a leading hospitality company, has appointed Tigin Canci as Director of People and Culture, effective immediately.

In his new role, Canci brings over two decades of HR leadership experience across the hospitality, finance, and healthcare sectors. He most recently served at Rixos Hotels as Talent and Culture Manager, where he built a culture of high engagement and satisfaction, achieving 93% last year, up from 81% in the previous year.
Previously, he worked with Meeting Point Hotels as Global Office HR Manager, Demirören Investment Holding as Cluster HR Head, Dünyagöz Hospitals Group as Head of HR, Rixos Downtown as HR Manager, and Kempinski Hotel as HR Specialist.

On the academic front, Canci holds an MBA from Okan University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, and management from Anadolu University. He has also completed key certifications in HR, performance management, leadership development, cybersecurity, and talent management.
