Network International appoints Görkem Köseoğlu as Group Chief Customer and AI Officer

In this role, Köseoğlu will be leading Network’s AI strategy while overseeing product development, marketing, and operations across MEA region.

Network International, a leading fintech company across the Middle East and Africa, has appointed Görkem Köseoğlu as its new Group Chief Customer and AI Officer, effective immediately.

In his new role, Köseoğlu brings over 30 years of leadership experience in digital transformation, analytics, and artificial intelligence. He will be leading Network’s AI strategy while overseeing product development, marketing, and operations. The remit reflects the company’s broader shift toward embedding AI at the core of its business model, moving from traditional payment processing to intelligent, data-led financial experiences 

Before this appointment, Köseoğlu worked with ING in key roles including as the Group CTO, Chief Analytics Officer, and COO, leading the bank’s global analytics unit and major transformation initiatives across its business lines. Previously, he served Mckinsey and Lucent Technologies in pivotal roles. 

Murat Cagri Suzer, Group CEO at Network International, welcomed Köseoğlu saying, “We are pleased to welcome Görkem. Last year, Network merged with Magnati, becoming the largest fintech platform in the MEA region.
