The Executive Centre, a global provider of flexible co-working spaces, has promoted Indu Vishwanathan to the position of Head of Human Resources for the South Asia region, UAE, and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, effective May 2024.

In her new role, Indu brings over 14 years of HR leadership experience. She joined TEC in 2020 as the HR Manager for the South Asia and GCC regions and was elevated to the most recent role of Senior Manager of HR in 2022. Based in Mumbai, she will oversee the HR function of TEC in the South Asia region, UAE, and KSA.

Before joining TEC, Indu worked with New Haribhakti Business Services as the Senior Manager of HR, overseeing the end-to-end HR function for four entities of the group. She also worked with Future Group India and Honeywell Automation India at the beginning of her career.

On the academic front, Indu holds an MBA degree in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a BCom degree from GCG College Chandigarh. Her core competencies include recruitment, employee relations, HR strategy, HR policies, HRIS, talent management, performance and compensation, and strategic HR.

Announcing her new role on LinkedIn, Indu posted, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of Human Resources - South Asia, UAE, and KSA at The Executive Centre!”

Recently, TEC appointed Rajat Kapur as the MD in the Middle East. Based in India, he oversees operations in the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the South Asia region.
