NAPCO Oman appoints Robert Holtkamp as new Chief Executive Officer

This appointment marks Holtkamp’s second stint with NAPCO as CEO, as he previously held the role for three years until 2017.
National Aluminum Products Company (NAPCO) has appointed Robert Holtkamp as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.

Sharing the update in an exchange filing on the Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX), NAPCO stated, “The National Aluminum Products Company SAOG (NAPCO) would like to disclose that, during its Board of Directors meeting No. 6 held on 29 July 2025, it was decided to appoint Robert Holtkamp as the Chief Executive Officer of the company. He assumed his duties effective from 23 October 2025.”
Welcoming him to the leadership role, the company added, “With his extensive experience, strategic vision, and proven leadership, we are confident that Holtkamp will guide NAPCO into a new era of growth, innovation, and excellence. We look forward to achieving greater milestones together under his leadership.”
This appointment marks Holtkamp’s second stint with NAPCO as CEO, as he previously held the role for three years until 2017. He succeeds Ali Al Shamsi, who was dismissed from the role in August under the provisions of Article 40, Clause 9 of the Oman's Labour Law.

Holtkamp also worked with Bahrain Aluminium Extrusion Co. (BALEXCO) as General Manager for a brief period and then served at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development as an International Advisor.
At the beginning of his career, he worked with Nedal Aluminium and Gulf Extrusions in key roles.

On the academic front, Holtkamp holds an MBA in Marketing from the Dutch Institute in the Netherlands, a Business Management and Marketing Certificate from the Dutch Business School, and a qualification from the NIMA Institute of Marketing.
