Gitika Saksena

Gitika is the Founding Partner at LagomWorks Consulting: An org consulting collective which applies Design Thinking to solving organization and social problems. She is a Human Capital SME and Design Thinking Practitioner with 14+ years of experience in leading design and delivery of talent management, employee engagement and talent analytics programs. Gitika has previously worked with Accenture Technology India as a Vice President in Human Resources. She is an PGDM from XIM Bhubaneswar, Honors in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University. Gitika is a Documentary Photographer as well, having done assignments for various not-for-profits including CRY, Aids Alliance, VSO UK, Vision for Mission and the Rockefeller Foundation.
