After spending almost 2 decades in the Financial Services industry, the author joined the HR Consulting industry, because of her strong belief that people are truly competitive differentiators for organisations. She went on to head the Banking and Financial Services practice for Aon Hewitt(the erstwhile Hewitt Associates) and then headed the Consulting practice of DDI India until recently. She now has an independent consulting practice and works in the areas of Leadership, Talent Management and HR&OD
