Wyn Davies

Wyn Davies is the Global Product Lead for cognitive ability tests used in an occupational context. Wyn has an in depth knowledge of recruitment and development processes and methodology and the value that ability tests, SJTs and personality measures can bring to recruitment and development. He is qualified to use a number of instruments including ability tests, MBTI, Firo B, 16PF, WAVE, SOSIE and Golden. Wyn has over 20 years of experience in various roles with organizations including Roche and Right Management.
