
Abu Dhabi Executive Council appoints Mohamed Munif Al Mansoori as Director General of ADRA
Abu Dhabi Executive Council has appointed His Excellency Mohamed Munif Al Mansoori as Director General of the Abu Dhabi Registration and Licensing Authority at the Department of Economic Development, through an official resolution.
Welcoming H.E. Al Mansoori, the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development said:
“We congratulate H.E. Mohamed Munif Al Mansoori on his appointment as Director General of the Abu Dhabi Registration Authority (ADRA).
This appointment is a recognition of his extensive expertise and contributions to supporting Abu Dhabi’s economic development. With his valuable experience, he will continue to support our efforts to foster a diverse and sustainable economic environment.”
In his new role, H.E. Al Mansoori brings over two decades of leadership experience in the regulatory sector. He joined the Department of Economic Development in 2005 and has held key roles, most recently as Executive Director of the Commercial Affairs Sector, and prior to that as Executive Director of the Industrial Development Bureau.

On the academic front, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the United Arab Emirates University, Al Ain, along with key leadership qualifications.
ADRA was established in January 2025, under the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development to streamline and regulate the region's business ecosystem.
