Ajay Soni is the Asia Pacific Leadership Practice leader for Aon Hewitt. He has extensive experience in improving organizational effectiveness and human resource strategy. Soni believes in increasing growth through innovation and has consulted with over 100 organizations, including Indian private sector companies, large Indian public sector organizations, as well as multinational companies and conglomerates. He has over 20 years of experience in both internal partnerships and external HR consulting.
