Ashok Reddy

Ashok Reddy is managing director, Teamlease Services. He graduated from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, in 1995 and did his graduation from SRCC, Delhi University. He joined hands with his SRCC classmate, Manish Sabbharwal, and his friend Mohit Gupta to launch India Life Pension Services, in 1998, in Bangalore. By 2001, it had become the largest pension management fund in the country. In April 2002, he co-founded one of India's leading recruiting agencies, TeamLease Services Private Ltd.
