Basab has 20 years of experience in HR Policies formulation and implementation, IR, Employee Relations, Statutory Compliance & Administration. He has won several awards including Asia’s Best Employer Brand Awards - 2010 by World HRD Congress and "Most Powerful HR Professional of India" award in Asia’s Best Employer Brand Awards - 2010 by World HRD Congress. He has worked with several organisations, including Spice, Supportscape, and Elbee Services. He holds a PGDBM from All india Management Association.
