Prof. Vidyut Lata Dhir (Ph.D.) teaches Design Thinking and Innovation, Leadership and Organizational Behavior at Bhavan's SPJIMR, one of India’s top B School. Prof Dhir has also founded Vishwas- ‘Trust in self, others and exploring possibilities’: an innovative initiative designed to create psychological safe spaces.
