Fidelma Butler is Couchbase’s chief people officer, leading a global team including business partnering and operations, talent acquisition, employee experience and engagement, workplace and total rewards. She was most recently vice president of the talent and organizational development team at Zendesk, where she led its global organization development, engagement, acquisition and learning teams.
