Prior to joining Mphasis, he was Associate Vice President - HR at Tata Business Support Services Limited. He has over 10 years of experience in core HR strategy, talent management, performance management, and leadership. He has done his PGDBA, Human Resources, from Xavier Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship and B.E, Electronics & Communication from Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering (SVCE).
