Philip Kurian is the Country Manager and Director of Pearson Clinical and Talent Assessment, the psychometric assessments and solutions division of Pearson. In his current role, Philip aims to support the corporate by leveraging technology to make talent management more effective and create an ecosystem of mental well-being at Indian workplaces and beyond.
