Rajat Garg

Rajat Garg is an award winning leadership coach with around 16 years of industry experience and over 2500 hours of coaching experience, helping people and organizations attain maximum effectiveness. He is a certified mentor coach and trains Leaders, HR professionals and future coaches in the art of coaching approved by ICF. Rajat also sits on board as advisor to couple of startups as well provides mentorship to some startups. He sits on the Global Nomination Committee and Independent Review Board of the International Coach Federation and is a leadership speaker. Rajat is a Senior Fellow, Human Capital at The Conference Board. Rajat is part of research team with European Mentoring and Coaching Council in the area of coaching. He has worked as Vice President for Accenture India and was leading their IT consulting and Cisco Partnership division while handling multi million dollar accounts and P&L. Rajat is alum of INSEAD and IIT Bombay. He is an Executive Director, Board of Directors, IITBAA.
