Siddharth Nagpal

Siddharth is an HR leader with extensive experience in business consulting as well as multi-country HR lead roles. He is currently Assistant Vice President Talent Management & Organization Development at Encore Capital Group. In his current role, he is responsible for globally driving  Talent management, succession planning and organization development initiatives. Prior to Encore Capital, Siddharth has worked with premier HR Consulting organizations like Aon Hewitt and  Ernst & Young.  Siddharth is a Certified, Senior Professional in Human Resources  (SPHR) by HR Certification Institute, USA.
