With over 19 years of experience, she is currently the business head for Compliance Consulting and Payroll Outsourcing Business , a key business portfolio within the organization. Prior to this, Sonal has worked for about 10 years in multiple key roles within TeamLease . A graduate in English Literature from St Stephens and Diploma holder in management from Symbiosis, before joining TeamLease, Sonal was a Regional Head at Times Group for 7 years.
