With over 15 years of experience in corporate and academia in multi-cultural environments, both in MNCs and Indian organizations, he works with a wide network of practitioners and academicians around the world. As Corporate HR-Talent Management & Organization Development at Asian Paints, he leads the Leadership Development & the Diversity & Inclusion Practices for the company and works closely with the Leadership team for various organization level interventions. He has published case studies in Emeralds as well as presented papers in International conferences of repute and often speaks in industry forums. He is also a Visiting Faculty at IIM Lucknow.
