Swarna has been with TCS since September 2006. Currently, she is the Head of Talent Development for TCS UK & Ireland and is based in London, United Kingdom. In her tenure in TCS, she has led the Learning & Development function for Banking & Financial Services, the largest Business Unit in TCS, Chennai region, the largest region in TCS and also has experience managing the TCS Learning Platform and TCS Learning Content functions.
