In her new role, Aisha brings a wealth of leadership experience across public, private, and family office sectors.

The Emirates Family Office Association (EFOA) has announced the appointment of Aisha Al Mansoori as its new Executive Director, with immediate effect.

In her new role, Aisha brings a wealth of leadership experience across business consulting, strategic advisory, and government sectors. She will work closely with stakeholders to drive the growth and value proposition of the office - launching new member initiatives, strengthening ties with leading family offices in the UAE and globally, and fostering connectivity and knowledge sharing between EFOA members, partners, and affiliates.

Aisha is currently leading AD Ports Group’s Strategy & Growth Special Projects, serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for Securrency Capital, and as an Adjunct Faculty Member for Abu Dhabi University. In her previous roles, she has worked with leading organisations including Accenture Middle East as the Director of Client Account Leadership, EY as the Director of Business Consulting, EWEC as a Power Generation Engineer for the Privatisation Directorate, and Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Company as a Contracts Engineer. She also served as a Board Director at Sweihan PV Power Company for Abu Dhabi Water & Electricity Authority and as a Board Member for FEWA.

Welcoming Aisha in her new role, Adam Ladjadj, Founder and Chairman of EFOA, said, “As part of our growth strategy, EFOA is delighted to announce the appointment of Aisha Al Mansoori. Aisha joins us to further bolster our position as the leading official industry body for family offices in the UAE. We very much look forward to benefiting from Aisha’s deep experience and energy. It is a very exciting time for the Family Office ecosystem, both regionally and globally. Many families are looking to institutionalise and seek the advice and support of other families. Aisha will spearhead the Association’s work to connect these families, consolidate the ecosystem, and promote knowledge sharing.”

Aisha also added, “I am thrilled to be joining EFOA. The family office space is hugely exciting and dynamic, and EFOA has been a pioneer in connectivity and knowledge-sharing. I look forward to strengthening the Association’s position in the UAE, the region, and internationally.”

Adam also extended his wishes to the exiting Executive Director, Yasmin Al Mostehy, who held the position for the past year, saying, “I’d like to thank her predecessor Yasmin for all her dedication and support in the Association’s growth to date.” Yasmin also posted on LinkedIn, “After a year-long journey with Emirates Family Office Association, I have decided to take a step back from my role and embrace a new adventure. As I work out my notice period over the next few weeks, I’m also looking forward to a much-needed break to recharge and reflect on the next chapter.”
