
Murtadha Alqatan joins GO Telecom as HR Manager
GO Telecom, a leading telecommunications company in Saudi Arabia, has welcomed Murtadha Alqatan as HR Manager, effective immediately.
Sharing the news on LinkedIn, Alqatan said, “Excited to share that I’ve joined GO Telecom as Human Resources Manager! Looking forward to this new chapter where I’ll get the chance to support our teams, build stronger people practices, and contribute to the growth journey of GO Telecom. Grateful for the opportunity and excited for what’s ahead!”
In his new role, Alqatan brings around 15 years of HR leadership experience. He most recently served Rewaa as the Global Human Resources & Operations Manager for nearly four years, and, stepping down from the role, he said, “During my time here, I had the privilege of contributing to the company’s growth while developing myself and achieving milestones. Rewaa has been more than a workplace, it’s been everything an employee could ask for: a school and an adventure. I leave with gratitude, pride, and excitement for the next chapter of my journey.”
Other than Rewaa, Alqatan worked with Erne Fittings GmbH as Head of Human Resources, TÜV Rheinland Asia as the HR Manager & Administration Representative, and Home Depot in a key role.

On the academic front, Alqatan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Montana, and has completed key certifications in Saudi Labour Law, HR job structure & design, strategic HR, employee experience, and other leadership programs from prominent institutions.
