Aarthi Rajaraman

Aarthi is the Director of HR at Williams Lea. She has extensive experience in leadership consulting and employee engagement. She is also an experienced coach and consultant for Scrum implementation. She was cited as one of 40 Women Super Achievers at the World HR Congress in February 2013. She holds a Bachelor of Arts, Sociology degree from the University of Madras. She has worked as a Principal Consultant for Kubos Consultancy Services and as a Senior Manager for Fidelity National Information Services.
