Dhruv Desai

Dhruv Desai is the senior vice president of Human Resource & Leadership Academy at Angel Broking. A results-oriented HR leader, Desai is known for operational strength blended with strategic thought leadership. He heads a team of 60 and leads the Group’s Learning & Development, and HR initiatives for over 5200 employees. Dhruv is a research scholar with NMIMS University and a regular speaker at HR forums & Business Development Programs at various institutes. He has been a guest lecturer at renowned B Schools like SP Jain, NMIMS & Welingkars Institute of Management & a panelist at the coveted HR Summit 2009. Mr. Dhruv Desai has been also, awarded “Young HR Professional of the Year” at Global HR Excellence Award 2012 organized by World HRD Congress & “Young HR Manager of the Year 2011” at HR Summit organized by Institution of HR.
