Harshu Ghate

Harshu Ghate is the Co Founder and CEO of the benefits services company, ESOP Direct. He has significant experience in conceptualising and designing equity based compensation strategies for companies across all sectors. He specialises in business strategy and growth, branding, thought leadership, entering new markets, and engaging with policy making bodies. Prior to forming ESOP Direct, he was a partner with Kirtane&Pandit Chartered Accountants. He holds a BCom, Commerce degree from University of Pune.
