Laura E. Kohler

Laura Kohler is the corporate VP of Human Resources at Kohler Co. She is responsible for developing the effectiveness of the company's HR worldwide. Previously , Laura facilitated corporate teamwork development for Quaker Oats , Arthur Andersen , Wharton Business School and the University of Chicago. She also managed a classical theatre company and has worked for Youth Guidance , a Chicago agency providing artists to the Chicago Public Schools. Kohler has a bachelor's degree in political science.
