Sumit is associated with SE2 Digital Service LLP, in the capacity of Head, Human Resources. As a corporate leader, he is driven by his passion towards people. He is a strategist who ensures that the experience for the people in an organization is made better. In his career spanning more than 20 years, he has been associated with Accenture, Royal Bank of Scotland and Birlasoft Pvt. Ltd. where he launched and led multiple leadership and training programs from across the globe. Prior to his experience at SE2 India, he has been associated with Accenture where he lead Global Learning and Development team. He is a certified professional in Managing Employee Performance from the University of Minnesota.
