Mishaal brings over 15 years of HR leadership experience across the banking and investment sectors.

Saudi Arabia’s leading IT company, Ejada, has appointed Mishaal Al Obaid as the Chief Human Resources Officer, with immediate effect.

Mishaal shared, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at EJADA!”

In his new role, Mishaal brings over 15 years of HR leadership experience across the banking and investment sectors. He will be overseeing Ejada’s Human Capital Management agenda, HR strategies, leadership development, and people initiatives, while working closely with the bank's executive leadership team.

Mishaal most recently served at Al Rajhi Bank as the Assistant General Manager of HRBP & Talent Development and at Tanfeeth as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Under his guidance, Al Rajhi Bank received an award from LinkedIn for being among the top 25% of talent acquisition teams globally.

Naif Al-Omari, the bank’s Talent Acquisition Director, extended his best wishes to Mishaal and his team, stating, “This achievement is a culmination of the team’s efforts and a reinforcement of its continued commitment to attracting talent, which is critical to the success and growth of the Bank. On this occasion, I would also like to thank our leaders, Mr. Ahmed AlSudais and Mr. Mishaal Al-Obaid, for their tremendous support and great leadership.”

Prior to Al Rajhi Bank, Mishaal worked with neoleap as Chief People Officer and with Tanfeeth as CHRO. He began his career with Rukn Al-Madaen Establishment in 2010 and later joined Al Rajhi Bank, serving in key roles to foster a performance-driven culture that supports the bank's business goals.
