Over the last 20 years, Raed played a key role in SNS's growth and expansion, building valuable relationships with organisations and helping them with their people, technology, and business strategy.

Saudi Networkers Services (SNS) Company has announced a key leadership change – the current Chief Executive Officer, Raed Arafeh, is stepping down, and a new CEO will be joining the leadership team.

Company disclosure for the CEO transition

According to the official disclosure on Tadawul, SNS confirmed Raed’s resignation and announced Omar Abdullah Al-Juraifani as his successor. The official statement read:

“In reference to Saudi Networkers Services Company’s preparation for its future strategic plans, Saudi Networkers Services Company announces the Board of Directors' Resolution issued on 25/09/1446 corresponding to 25/03/2025 to approve the following:

  1. Termination of the employment contract of Mr. Raed Abdul Aziz Arafeh by mutual consent as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Saudi Networkers Services Co., effective from 30/04/2025.
  2. Appointment of Mr. Omar Abdullah Al-Juraifani as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Saudi Networkers Services, effective from 01/05/2025.”

The outgoing leader

Raed joined SNS in 2005 and held key positions over the years, including Regional Director in 2007, General Manager in 2010, and his most recent position as CEO in 2016. He played a pivotal role in the company’s growth and expansion, building valuable relationships with organisations and helping them with their people, technology, and strategy to manage workloads, solve challenges, and seize future opportunities. He aligned the company's goals with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, contributing to a thriving economy through initiatives like the nationalization program, reducing unemployment, and increasing women’s participation in the workforce.

The reason for Raed’s resignation remains unspecified, with SNS stating, “Termination of the contract by mutual consent.” He will continue to serve as CEO until April 30, 2025.

The company’s Board of Directors also extended their best wishes to the outgoing CEO, stating, “sincere appreciation and gratitude to Mr. Raed Abdulaziz Arafeh for his valuable efforts and significant contributions to the development of the company during his tenure. We wish him continued success and prosperity in his future endeavors.”

The new CEO

Omar Al-Juraifani will assume his responsibilities on May 1, 2025. The Board welcomed him to the leadership team, adding, “We wish Mr. Omar Abdullah Al-Juraifani the best in leading the company towards further progress and growth.”

Omar is a key leader in Saudi Arabia and currently serves as the CEO and Member of the Executive Committee at Mueen Human Resources Company, a position he has held since 2020. Under his leadership, Mueen achieved 150% revenue growth, and is on track for an IPO by 2026. He played a key role in expanding the company to ten business lines, restructuring the commercial team, and aligning with both local and multinational client needs. He also transformed the company’s work culture, increasing client renewal rates to 75% and boosting employee retention from 18 to 54 months. With a focus on improving efficiency and customer experience, he shifted 30% of the B2C business online and earned recognition through awards such as Best HR CEO, Best HR Partner, and Fast-Growing HR Company in KSA.

In parallel, Omar serves as a Member of the HR Committee at the Federation of Saudi Chambers since 2022. In his previous roles, he worked with Massadr Human Resource Services as CEO for nearly four years, overseeing structure, processes, and governance while leading the company’s smart automation journey through ERP implementation and building a high-performing executive team. He also contributed as a columnist on economics and financial analysis for Al Eqtisadiah and held leadership positions at Manpower Services Company as CEO and a key board and executive committee member.

Earlier in his career, Omar worked with AlKhaleej For Computer & Electronics Company and later held roles at the Chamber of Commerce – Eastern Province, Saudi Aramco, The National Commercial Bank, and Dar Al Riyadh.
