Tharwah, a leading management consulting firm, has appointed Saleh Khalid Alzayed as its Head of People and Culture, effective immediately.  

Khaled shared the news on LinkedIn, stating, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of People & Culture at Tharwah!”  

He added, “In this role, I will focus on enhancing our organisational culture at Tharwah while fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation, as well as driving strategic HR initiatives. This decision comes with a lot of excitement and anticipation. I can't wait to dive into this new role and collaborate with an amazing team. I look forward to working with a talented team to drive success and create a positive workplace environment.”

Khaled is an emerging HR leader, bringing nearly a decade of experience to his new role. Previously, he served as Country HR Manager for Audit & Assurance at Deloitte for around two years. 

Prior to that, Khaled worked with Grant Thornton Saudi Arabia as the Lead HR Manager, Enova as the Human Resources Supervisor, and BATCO Group as the Senior Administrative Officer.  

Taking over the responsibilities, Khaled will work closely with Tharwah’s executive team to align people and culture strategies with the business agenda, driving growth and expansion in the region.  

Tharwah has also welcomed key leaders to drive sustainable success while also promoting a culture of innovation and excellence. These appointments include Jamal Khan as Director of Operational Excellence, Rami Al Saadi as Head of Consulting, and Yazid Al-Salhi and Hazem Al Mardini as Consulting Directors.
