
Al Muhaidib Group appoints Omar AlDossary as Vice President of HR
Al Muhaidib Group, a leading Saudi-owned investment conglomerate, has appointed Omar AlDossary as the Vice President of Human Resources, effective immediately.
AlDossary shared the news on LinkedIn: “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Vice President, Human Resources at Al Muhaidib Group!”
He brings around two decades of HR leadership experience to his new role. Prior to this appointment, he worked with Gulf International Bank in key roles, most recently as the Head of HR Business Partnering and Employee Services. Before that, he served as the Head of Learning and Talent Management, and Vice President of HR Business Partners.
Earlier in his career, he worked with SABB in key roles for nearly a decade, overseeing HR operations and the employee lifecycle, encompassing compensation, benefits, learning and development, recruitment, and employee relations.

On the academic front, AlDossary holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Arab Open University, a diploma in executive secretarial studies from the Institute of Public Administration.
He also holds key certifications including the Advanced HR Executive Program from the University of Michigan, Executing Strategy for Results from London Business School, and other leadership, employee development, HR, and labour law-related courses from prominent institutions.
