Alesayi Group appoints Waad Ameen as Head of HR for Alesayi Better Life

In her new role, Waad will be responsible for implementation of HR policies and promote a positive work environment that aligns with the company's culture and values.

Alesayi Holdings Group has appointed Waad Ameen as the Head of the Human Resources Department at Alesayi Better Life, effective February 2025.  

Welcoming Waad to her new role, the company stated, “We are pleased to inform you that Ms. Waad Ameen has been appointed as the Head of the Human Resources Department at Alesayi Better Life Company, effective 01/02/2025. Ms. Waad Ameen previously held the role of HR Operations Manager at Alesayi Holding, where her extraordinary contributions and consistent excellence earned her the Star of the Year 2023 recognition.”  

Al-Esayi Better Life gets new Head of HR

“As the Head of the Human Resources Department, Ms. Waad Ameen will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions. She will ensure the implementation of HR policies and promote a positive work environment that aligns with the company's culture and values. We wish Ms. Waad Ameen success and prosperity in her new role, and we encourage everyone to provide her with full support to achieve the company’s goals and contribute to its sustainable success,” Alesayi added in the corporate announcement.  

Waad also shared the news on LinkedIn, stating, “I am excited to share some great news with you all – I have been appointed to a new role at Alesayi Better Life, and I am truly grateful for this amazing opportunity. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the leadership and my colleagues at Alesayi Holding for their trust and continuous support. This new role marks an important step in my professional journey, and I am eager to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of both my team and the company. I firmly believe that success is not achieved alone but with the support and encouragement of those around us. I want to extend my gratitude to everyone who has been part of this journey, especially Mohammed Makkawi. Thank you all for your support and encouragement!”  

In her new role, Waad brings over nine years of HR experience. Most recently, she served the group as a Personnel Manager. She began her career with Alesayi Better Life in 2018 and served for about six years. She has been a key member of the HR team at Alesayi Holding Group, working closely with Group HR Director Mohammed Makkawi, playing a pivotal role in the implementation of a new HR management system.

On the academic front, Waad holds a bachelor's degree in HR Management and Personnel Administration from Effat University, Saudi Arabia.
