AlFaisal Holding, a leading real estate company in Qatar, has appointed Nader Othman as the Chief Human Capital Officer, effective August 2024.
Announcing his new role on LinkedIn, Nader posted, "I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Human Capital Officer at Al Faisal Holding! Stepping out of your comfort zone takes courage to make such a decision—a new start in a new country... Welcome, Qatar."
In his new role, Nader brings nearly two decades of HR leadership experience. Most recently, he served at Teeba in key positions, including Senior Director of Human Resources, Admin, Health, Safety, and Environment, as well as HR Director for over five years. Prior to this, he worked with Dar Al Dawa Development & Investment Co. as HR Director, DADA Group as HR Manager, and FATTAL Group as HR Manager. He began his career at Jordinvest as the Associate Vice President and HR Manager.

On the academic front, Nader holds a BA degree in Business Administration from the University of Jordan, along with several certifications in the HR field, including PHRi, SPHRi, HRMP, and CHRM. His core competencies include performance management, HR policies, HR transformation, HR development, team leadership, recruitment and selection, training and development, benefits and compensation, employee engagement and retention, organisational development, change management, and human capital management.
