
Core42 appoints Abhikalp Bhardwaj as Head of Human Capital Services

Core42, the dedicated IT and AI infrastructure arm of the UAE’s artificial intelligence company G42, has appointed Abhikalp Bhardwaj as Head of Human Capital Services.
Abhikalp shared the news on LinkedIn, “I’m excited to share that I’ve joined Core42 (a G42 company) as the Head of Human Capital Services.”

Abhikalp brings nearly 25 years of HR leadership experience across the manufacturing, healthcare, and environmental services sectors.
Before this role, he spent over two years as VP of HR at NMC Healthcare, led Human Capital and HR PMO at Beeah Group, and held several key HR roles at GE—including VP of HR, People Operations, and HR Shared Services for the EMEA region—during a career there that spanned more than 20 years.

On the academic front, he holds an Executive MBA in HR Management and a BSc degree in Business Administration and Operations from Sur University College. He also holds a diploma from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition (IHMCT & AN), along with key certifications in project management, change management, and leadership from renowned organisations.
Most recently, Ashley Boots also joined Core42 as the Vice President of Human Capital Services.
