Core42, the dedicated IT and AI infrastructure arm of G42, has welcomed Ashley Boots as Vice President of Human Capital, effective March 2025.

Ashley recently shared the news on LinkedIn, writing:“I’m thrilled to share that I started a new role as Vice President, Human Capital at Core42, a G42 company, last month! It’s been an energizing few weeks settling in, connecting with brilliant colleagues, and learning about our business. I’m excited for this new chapter and looking forward to what lies ahead!”

In her new role, Ashley brings over two decades of leadership experience across HR, finance, and consulting. She will be working closely with Core42’s CHRO, Ergul Hemmingsen, to align people initiatives with organisational strategy and drive sustainable success.

Most recently, Ashley served as Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Scope Investments, where she led strategic HR, transformation, change management, coaching, and talent development initiatives.

Her previous roles include Group CHRO at NMC Healthcare and Regional HR Transformation Director at RSA, where she led the HR function across the UAE, Bahrain, Oman, and Saudi Arabia. Ashley has also held senior leadership positions at Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. (as Principal), Noor Bank (as Senior VP & Head of HR Operations & Transformation), and Barclays (as HR Services Lead for MENA).

Earlier in her career, she gained business finance & accounting experience with organisations such as Hult International Business School, General Electric, Ingram Micro, GW & Wade LLC, and Precise Software Solutions.

Ashley holds an excellent academic background, with an MBA from Hult International Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Finance & Economics from Babson College. She also holds certifications in NLP training, leadership coaching, and human resource management from leading institutions.
