HUGO BOSS elevates Elias Aouad as Director of HR for Emerging Markets
HUGO BOSS has promoted Elias Aouad to the position of Director of Human Resources for Emerging Markets & Russia+, with effect from October 2024.
Announcing his new role on LinkedIn, Elias posted, “I am thrilled to announce my new role as Director of HR for Emerging Markets and Russia+! I am deeply grateful for the journey that has shaped my professional life and enriched my understanding of human capital management across diverse cultures and markets.”
He also expressed gratitude for the unwavering support of his leadership team, Luigi Boiocchi and Jochen Eckhold, saying, “Your leadership and vision have been instrumental in my growth, and I am thankful for the opportunities you have provided me to expand my horizons and embrace new challenges.”

Elias joined HUGO BOSS in 2017 as the HR Manager for the Middle East region. After seven years of consistent efforts in enhancing organisational and work cultural aspects, he advanced to the role of Head of HR for Emerging Markets. Prior to joining HUGO BOSS, he worked with Meraas Development as the HR Manager for the UAE region, Chalhoub Group UAE as an HR Manager, and BLOM Bank as a Recruitment Specialist.
