Magma Aviation appoints Peter Kerins as CEO to lead Middle East Ops

Magma Aviation, a global air cargo tech solutions company, has announced the appointment of Peter Kerins as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
In his new role, Peter brings over three decades of experience in the aviation and logistics industry. He most recently served as the Head of Global Accounts and Products at Etihad Airways. Before that, he held senior positions at leading organisations, including Vice President of Middle East and APAC at Heavyweight Air Express Group, Commercial Manager for UK and Middle East at DHL Aviation, and roles at Virgin Atlantic - Ireland. Based in the newly established office in Dubai, Peter will oversee growth and expansion across the Middle East region. He will work closely with the Director of Finance & Administration, Head of Commercial, Head of Operations, and Head of Network Planning & Alliances to lead the region.
On the academic front, Peter holds an MBA in Business Strategy, Financial, Digital Disruption, Leadership, and Marketing from the University of East London, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Technological University, Dublin.
