ThePerfectHelp (TPH), a Dubai-based facilities services company, has announced the promotion of Abdulaziz Alodhayb to Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.

In his new role, Alodhayb brings over a decade of leadership experience. He joined the group in January 2024 as acting CEO, overseeing people development, staff management, business development, and growth strategies. Prior to this, he worked with Maharah Human Resources in key roles, including General Manager of Corporate, Director of Business Sector in the Central region, and Industrial and Operational Sector Manager.

On the academic front, Alodhayb holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management and a Diploma in Computer Science from Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University.
