Vertiv appoints Frank Poncheri as CHRO
Vertiv has announced the appointment of Frank Poncheri as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective immediately.
In his new role, Frank brings over 15 years of HR leadership experience. He will lead Vertiv's global HR strategy, (including overseeing HR teams in the newly expanded Middle East region), and drive the company’s strategic priorities and behaviours. Frank will report directly to Giordano (Gio) Albertazzi, the company’s CEO.
Before this appointment, Frank served as Vice President of HR and Integration at Owens Corning-US. He has also held senior positions at GE Aerospace, where he was the Senior Specialist for Employee Relations, and at the Columbus Blue Jackets, where he worked as an HR Specialist.
Academically, Frank holds a Master’s degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources, as well as a BSc in Business Administration and Human Resources from Ohio State University. His core competencies include global employee development, talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, strategic HR, and fostering a high-performance culture.
