Elm Co. names Abdulaziz Alomair as CEO; Abdulrahman AlJadhai exits
Elm Company, a leading IT solutions firm in Saudi Arabia, has announced the appointment of Mohammad Abdulaziz Alomair as the new Chief Executive Officer, effective January 2025.
The appointment follows the decision of the current CEO, Abdulrahman Saad AlJadhai, to step down from the position. The company confirmed his resignation due to personal reasons on July 3, 2024, in a filing on Tadawul. Abdulrahman will serve the company until September 30, 2024. Abdulaziz Alomair, who is currently serving as the Chief Digital Products Officer, will work closely with the outgoing CEO to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities.
In his new role, Abdulaziz Alomair, who has served Elm Co. for over two decades, brings a wealth of leadership experience. He joined the company in 2002 and has held several key roles, including Vice President of e-Products, Marketing Manager, and eServices Executive Manager. Academically, he holds an MBA from Strayer University, a Bachelor's degree in System Analysis from the College of Computer Science at King Saud University, and a Diploma in Marketing from the Chamber of Commerce. He also serves on the boards of directors for Madar - Digital Logistics Solution and Syarah.

Announcing the news, the company stated, “The Board of Directors announces its resolution to appoint Mr. Mohammad Abdulaziz Alomair as the CEO of the company, effective from 28/03/1446, corresponding to 01/10/2024, due to his leadership experience and contribution to many achievements in digital transformation and building digital products.”
The company extended wishes to the outgoing CEO, stating, “The Board of Directors and all employees of the company extend their appreciation to Dr. Abdulrahman for leading the company over 12 years and for his fruitful efforts in growing the company’s business. His great services and distinguished leadership are appreciated, and they wish him all success.”
