Enma Alrawabi’s CEO Saud Alquaifil steps down
Enma Alrawabi Co. has announced the resignation of Saud Alquaifil, the Chief Executive Officer, with immediate effect.
The real estate company did not provide a specific reason for the CEO's departure, stating only that it was for personal reasons. The company issued a statement: “Enma Alrawabi Company announces the approval of the Board of Directors of the resignation of Eng. Saud bin Sayaf Alquaifil from the position of Chief Executive Officer, effective 13 October 2024, due to personal reasons.”
The Board of Directors also expressed its gratitude, stating: “The Board of Directors would like to express its sincere gratitude and appreciation to Eng. Saud bin Sayaf Alquaifil for his effective leadership and significant efforts in enhancing the company's performance during his tenure as Chief Executive Officer, and we wish him all the best in his future endeavours.”
Saud was appointed CEO in March 2023, succeeding Mohammed Abahussain, who stepped down after nearly five years of service, also for personal reasons. Previously, Saud served as Head of Real Estate Advisory for KSA at Deloitte Middle East, Chief Executive Officer at Tunuf Real Estate Advisory, and as a member of the RICS MENA Market Advisory. He also worked at Jones Lang LaSalle - KSA, ValuStrat, Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers (TAQEEM), Ernst & Young, and Kudu Corp at the start of his career.

On the academic front, Saud holds an MSc in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from King Saud University.
