City Edge Developments names Tamer Nasser as CEO
City Edge Developments, Egypt’s leading real estate firm, has announced the appointment of Engineer Tamer Nasser as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
Tamer succeeds Mohamed Eldahan, who stepped down after nearly three years of service as CEO. Eldahan has not specified the reason for his resignation, and the company's board of directors extended their gratitude and best wishes for his contributions, particularly towards the remarkable sales growth and expansion achieved during his tenure.
In his new role, Tamer brings over three decades of leadership experience. He will be responsible for driving the company’s regional expansion while supporting Egypt's urban development efforts, working on key projects to deliver exceptional value to the real estate sector. Prior to his appointment, he served as CEO and Managing Director of Misr El-Gedida Housing and Development, Head of Projects at Capital Group Properties, and Project Director and QA Head at Emaar Misr. He has also held key roles with the United States Army Corps of Engineers, MAK-Petrochemical, Schlumberger, Campenon Bernard, and The Arab Contractors.

On the academic front, Tamer holds an MBA in Project Management from ESLSCA University, a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Cairo University, and several certifications in quality, engineering, and management.
