solutions by stc elevates Emad AlMutairi as Group Chief People & Corporate Services Officer

solutions by stc, a leading IT services firm of stc Group, has promoted Emad AlMutairi to the role of Group Chief People & Corporate Services Officer, effective immediately.
Emad succeeds Saleh Algroony, who stepped down from the role in December 2024 after eight years of service. Saleh has been appointed as the Group Chief People and Corporate Services Officer at Giza Systems in Egypt, an acquired IT company of solutions by stc.
Announcing his new role on LinkedIn, Emad posted, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief People and Corporate Services Officer at solutions by stc!”
Emad, who joined the company in 2016, most recently held the role of General Manager of People since April 2023, marking an interesting transition from a technical role as the General Manager of Technology and Director of Information Technology. Before joining solutions by stc, he served at Zain KSA as the Head of Infrastructure for over three years and at GO Telecom as the Senior Specialist of Network Design. At the beginning of his career, he worked with stc Advanced Solutions and Alimna Bank as a Network Engineer.
On the academic front, Emad holds an associate degree in Networking from the Technical College of Telecom & Information and an Executive MBA from King Saud University. He also holds key certifications in negotiations, strategic skills, and other analytical skills.

One of the most recent HR leadership transitions at stc Group was when Abdulaziz Al-Mathkoor joined as the Chief Human Resources Officer to oversee people and HR initiatives at stc Kuwait. He took over responsibilities from Ahmad Al-Hammad, who stepped down from the position in August after nearly six years of service.
