Ajman Bank appoints Hend Al Ali as EVP and CHRO

Ajman Bank has announced the appointment of Hend Al Ali as its new Executive Vice-President and Chief Human Resources Officer, effective immediately.
In her new role, Hend brings over 24 years of HR leadership experience across the banking industry in the Emirates. Most recently, she served as the Group CHRO at Network International, overseeing the overall HR function. She has also worked with Dunia Finance as Executive Vice President and Human Capital Head, Citibank as Recruitment and Emiratisation Manager, and Mashreq Bank as Assistant Manager of National Recruitment & Development. Her experience with startups, mergers, acquisitions, and IPOs makes her an ideal fit for the dynamic environment of the bank, ensuring a high-performance culture and continued success and growth.
On the academic front, Hend holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Dubai Women’s College, along with several certifications in HR Management. Her core competencies include Strategic HR, Change Management, Business and HR Transformation, Emiratisation, and Human Capital Development.
