
AlFakhera Company CEO resigns; Abdul Rahman Saed Al Maleh named as successor
Al Fakhera Men's Tailoring Company has announced the resignation of its Chief Executive Officer, Abdulaziz Alyahya, and the appointment of Abdulrahman Al Maleh as the new CEO, with immediate effect.
Declaring the CEO transition news in an exchange filing, the company stated, “Al Fakhera Men's Tailoring Company announces the Board of Directors' decision issued by circulation on 02/09/1446, corresponding to 02/03/2025, to accept the resignation of Mr. Abdulaziz Suleiman Al Yahya from the position of CEO, effective from the end of the workday on 04/03/2025, provided that the Managing Director of the Company's Board of Directors continues.”
“This decision comes within the framework of the Board of Directors' vision to enhance governance and support the company's strategic directions, as he was assigned supervisory and leadership tasks that include following up on the implementation of the company's strategy and working to achieve its future goals in coordination with the new executive management,” explained Al Fakhera Co.
Alyahya joined the company in January 2023 with over a decade of leadership experience. He previously worked with Kesay Clinic Care and BaitAl Mashaer as the CEO, and also served on the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce & Industry’s health sector committee and Al Yahya Real Estate as a board member. On the academic front, he holds a BBA in marketing and business from IMI Saud Islamic University. He was also recognised with the Misk Finale Award 2023 by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah for excellence in awareness and media interaction during the Hajj season, and the Labaytum Award for Excellence 2022 by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah as part of BaitAl Mashaer, for his valuable contributions in making it one of the best domestic pilgrims' companies and institutions.
Taking over from Alyahya, Al Maleh brings over three decades of leadership experience to his new role. The company stated, “The Board also decided to appoint Mr. Abdul Rahman Saed Al Maleh as CEO, effective from 05/03/2025, due to his distinguished leadership experience and his prominent role in achieving many accomplishments.”
Al Maleh most recently served at Alaseel as the CEO and announced his resignation from the role last month. He previously worked with Thouq Trading Company and Halwani Brothers as the National Sales Manager. Prior to that, he worked with Aujan Coca-Cola Beverages Company as the Regional Manager, Al Muhaidib Foods as the Regional Sales Manager, and Delta Marketing Company as the Key Account & NTT Manager. At the beginning of his career, he served at Al-Qahtani & Sons Beverage Company and The National Commercial Bank.

On the academic front, Al Maleh holds a BBA degree from King Faisal University and various diplomas in marketing and management from Youngstown State University. He also holds certifications in Finance from PMDC Global Training Company, ISO certification from the National Inspection & Technical Testing Co., and automated HH monitoring from Mirnah Technology Systems.
