Alyasra Foods, a leading Food & Beverage company in the Middle East, has appointed Yasser Abdel Mouty as the Regional Human Resources Director in Kuwait, effective June 2024.

Announcing his new role on LinkedIn, Yasser posted, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Regional Human Resources Director at Alyasra Foods!”, and received congratulatory wishes from the HR community in the Middle East region.

In his new role, Yasser brings over 25 years of HR experience across the Oil & Gas, IT consulting, healthcare, and FMCG sectors in Kuwait. Prior to this appointment, he served as Chief Support Services Officer at Mohammed N. Al-Hajery & Sons Company for over a decade. In his previous roles, he worked with EY Kuwait, HEISCO, District General Trading and Contracting Company (Al Jothen), Al-Bayan Bilingual School, and Kharafi National.

Academically, Yasser holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Cairo University and several certifications, including Human Resources Auditing from HRCI, PHR from SHRM, and a Professional Master of HR from Lancaster International Academy. With strong expertise in performance management, HR policies, HRIS, succession planning, strategic planning, compensation and benefits, talent management, employee engagement, and workforce management, Yasser is set to transform the work culture and build high-performance teams that contribute to Alyasra Foods' business sustainability.
